AI Adoption Help for Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Operators

Embedded, in person, built to leave

Hands-on help getting AI to change how an operation actually runs, from someone who lives on the Front Range and can show up. Not a vendor, not a license rollout, not a strategy deck. We work next to the people doing the work, on the work they do, until they can do it without us.

In person matters for this kind of work. The useful part happens alongside your team, on the workflow they really run, not the one on the process diagram. That is easier when the drive is forty minutes instead of a flight, and when the person asking the uncomfortable question is in the room, not on a call.

Who this is for

The operator. The person who owns a number, not a slide. Runs a team, a plant, a practice, a back office, a warehouse, somewhere between Fort Collins and Colorado Springs, and gets measured on whether it moved.

The situation. Seats were bought, training happened, the dashboard went green, and nothing in the operation changed. Or nothing has been bought yet, and the goal is to skip that step and start with the work.

Who it is not for. Teams looking for a vendor selection, a tool rollout, a strategy deck, or a workshop. We don't do workshops. We haven't seen them stick. Strongly put, we're not for everyone, and we'd rather say so in the first conversation than the sixth month.

What working together looks like

First conversation. In person in Denver or Boulder if that works, otherwise a call. Thirty minutes, one question: is there a specific problem here, with a person who owns it and a number attached? Most of the time the honest answer is not yet, and we'll say so.

The engagement. Short, embedded, and intense. On site with the people doing the work, on the work they actually do. Product, culture, and code, because the AI part is never the only part that's stuck. We expect discipline, participation, and candor, and we'll tell you if a thing is working or a fabrication.

The end. Your people can run it, explain it, and run the next one without us. Examples that are yours, in your operation, to refer back to. No retainer, no long contract, no roadmap of things to buy. Think of us as your own special ops team, and special ops leaves.

The argument

Why buying seats isn't a strategy, why the adoption dashboard is theater, and what five people with real skill do that five thousand licenses don't.

The Blank Slate

Four parts on what happens when a capable model meets a real problem. The model isn't the test. You are.

The way of working

Services

Product, culture, and code. What we do, how we do it, and what we deliberately don't.
